France's first nautical business incubator

Norlanda, France's first nautical business incubator opened its doors, in the very heart of Caen, in October 2008.

The incubator accommodates businesses from the nautical sector during their creation or development, throughout a specially designed and secure complex covering 3,600m².
It comprises office premises within a 600m² building (10 offices, meeting room, kitchen, cloakrooms, etc.), located alongside 7 workshops ranging from 75 to 1,500m² with direct access to Caen's Nouveau Bassin, and offers a range of coaching services (business plan, forecasting, strategy, quarterly monitoring…).

A further 3 halls, each of a surface area of approximately 3,000m2 and equipped with rolling bridges, will soon accommodate more consequential projects and relay workshops.

These premises will also offer access to the new road network linking NORLANDA to the Nouveau Bassin docks. Please feel free to contact us for further information. Visits by appointment.
