ILIADE

Iliade is a tertiary business incubator reserved for freshly created businesses. A non-renewable 23-month short-term lease is concluded with the Hérouville Saint-Clair Town Council. Accommodated businesses benefit from shared reception and office services, development consultancy and management support.
The incubator is located within an Urban Free Zone (ZFU), offering businesses access to specific social and tax benefits (please contact us for information on eligibility).

ODYSSEE

Odyssée is a tertiary business incubator imposing no threshold with regard the company's date of creation. The lease, concluded with the Hérouville Saint-Clair Town Council, can either be short term (23 months) or commercial (3-6-9 years). Accommodated businesses benefit from shared reception and business services.
